1. President. The President shall preside at all membership meetings and the meetings of the Directors. The President shall exercise general supervision over the affairs of the Corporation, act as official spokesman for the Corporation when authorized by the other Officers, supervise all expenditures, supervise all committees and exercise any and all duties, powers, and functions ordinarily incident to the duties of such office.

2. Vice President. The Vice President, who shall succeed the President in the event of the latter's resignation, disability, or refusal to act, shall preside at all meetings in the absence of the President, and shall perform all such duties as may be assigned to him/her by the President.

3. Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Corporation; receive and give receipts for moneys due and payable to the Corporation from any source whatsoever, and deposit all such moneys in the name of the Corporataion in such banks, trust companies, or other depositories as shall be selected by the Board of Directors; and, in general, perform all the duties incident to the offfice of the Treasurer and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the President or by the other Officers. In addition to fulfilling the foregoing duties, the Treasurer shall render to the President and the other Officers, at the regular meeting of the Officers, or when the Officers so require, an account of all of his/her transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Corporation.

4. Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the Corporation and distribute that information to the President within three weeks of the previous meeting. The Secretary shall keep the current and correct membership records.

5. Sargent-of-Arms. To maintain the social etiquette of the meeting; and in general, perform all the duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the President or by the other Officers.

6. Board Member. They are to represent the general membership. To assist and work in conjunction with the Officers. To insure that the bylaws are followed according to the purpose of the Corporation.
